only thing that's diff is some of the leaders arts and the fact that u cant turn off arts. although the pc version mobs have higher health but still. also if any one wanted to know the weapon id for nightbloom for the main hand its: 007f0007 any way that what it was for me just in case u want one for u and emmy can get the one at the basses love the editor also now i some what know how it is on the pc version of the game with 18 leaders in the party. ![]() i am at the basses and have already done the quests for the tablet and picked up the 2 out of the 4. when i do put them on the accessory slot in game they showed up empty and when u click on it the game freezes. i've never done anything memoryrelated with TLR tho, so i was asking if something like that already exists.Btw i think the remnents accessory's that u can get from marshall's tablet (rubber soul, liafort, flachonelle and dead heart) mess up the save(if u add them via TLR SE) i did not try heartache on yet but it might do the same. which is bothersome but whould be an ok solution. I imagine that the easyest and most ghetto solution whould be to write a ce script that reduces all units gold to 0 every time you run it and then just running the script before every town visit. Thats why im looking for a way of disabling that system entirely, or to simply trick them into never being able to upgrade weapons themselves by removing all of their gold / components etc. Now, i could just give them whatever item i want them to use, but once they fulfill their upgrade requirements (gold+components) and you go into a town, they overwrite whatever they have in their inventory with whats next in their table. i have beaten the game several times, and as i said in my OP, i enjoy making random builds for units for subsequent playtroughs, but there are very strict limitations of what you can do with them due to units only ever chosing paths from tables (unless they are one of the 12 athlum soldiers that are "different"). once you used that unit in combat twice, they will (90~%chance) check your inventory ->see that you have a better item thats also on a possible table -> switch their table and then start automaticly upgrading their items. i'm obviously using that already and the way you force a unit onto a specific table (assuming that they have the proper focus and such) is that you give them some equiptment, and have the next upgrade in the table that you want the unit to switch to in your inventory. Yes, which is exactly the problem that i have. Originally posted by Fel:I never used it but there is an ini option that allows to manually equip everyone, does it still allow them to collect materials and upgrade their stuff? another way whould probably be a script that reduces every units gold to 0 after every fight, so they whould never be able to affor tthe upgrades anyway when you enter a town.Ī year ago some dude on gamefaq made a resource viewer as preparation for an editor but never released it, which couldve been the answer if it allowed removing all upgrade tables. i know i could use TLR_EE to reduce all units items to 0, but that whould require me selecting every unit individually whenever they recieve *any* item at all, which is. I whouldnt mind micromanaging my units gear troughout the playtrough if it whould atleast be possible to force them to not recieve upgrade items or something along the lines. You also cant have a quincy with a maul+shield or 2 mauls as a mystic caster, because such tables dont exist. lots of dualwield options are also missing. for example there is only a total of 2 trees that have Lævateinn at the end, and one of which is the only tree with shield of the vanquisher. I do different runs now and then with wierd team combinations, but a lot of gearsetups are just strictly not possible because they arent covered by the static upgrade tables. I'm aware of the different upgrade tables, how to switch between them and the different tools/trainers to get information about units. ![]() So i have a question, has anyone every done any work or figured out how to permanently disable units automaticly upgrading their weapons?
